Field Trip / Bird List

Saturday, November 11th, 7:30AM - ~3:30PM
WATERFOWL ON THE RESERVOIRS
Leader: Deedee O'Brien (801-272-8060)

The cold weather season is a good time to see interesting waterfowl on Utah reservoirs. We'll check out Echo, East Canyon, and perhaps Rockport (if the group is still gung ho) to look for all three mergansers, loons, and scoters among other more usual Utah species. Some years Bonaparte's Gulls hang out and even Ross's and Greater White-fronted Geese. Bring lunch, water, and dress for the weather. We'll meet in the SE corner of ShopKo parking lot in Sugarhouse by 7:30am.
