ANTELOPE ISLAND CAUSEWAY*
Leaders: Steve and Cindy Sommerfeld
Fall migration of shorebirds should be underway by this time. The Antelope Island Causeway is a good place to see those that have dropped in for food and rest before continuing their journey. Join us to look for some exciting birds and to get help with identifying these sometimes confusing species. Meet in the parking lot east of the causeway gatehouse by 7am or in the SE corner of the Sugarhouse ShopKo parking lot at 6am to carpool.
Call Sommerfelds at 261-4270 if you plan to attend.
* Note: Antelope Island is a state park requiring an entrance fee of $9 per vehicle. Bring a couple dollars to help defray the cost OR your Utah State Park Annual Pass.
